Mark, the son of Tony & Linda, the park owners, can now offer qualified personnel training advise to visitors.
He also is a fully trained sports therapist and masseur. Sports injuries and strains can be treated, along with advise on nutrition and diet.
Mark has access to fitness equipment on the park, i.e. treadmill, weights etc, where supervised sessions can be arranged.
Football coaching is also available, as he also holds a level 2FA coaching badge.
Mark, a former professional football player, enjoying now playing semi-professional, has successfully passed all levels of fitness training, and is looking forward to a new career in helping others improve their health and fitness.
