Are sited in positions on the banks of the River Great Ouse and give uninterrupted views of this lovely river with its trees and wildlife, and include hot and cold water, shower, flush toilet, gas cooking and heating (1 gas bottle per week), refrigerator, colour LCD TV, electric lighting, blankets, cooking and eating utensils, microwave. General Information

Fishing from our own river bank is included in our charges.
Rowing boats available for hire (June/September).
Young persons under 18 years not allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
Dogs on leads (Please bring Dog Bedding) Charges apply.
Washing machine & dryer available – coin operated.
Bed sheets and towels are not included on the caravan inventory
Smoking not premitted in the caravans.
Visitors are strongly advised to take holiday insurance cover against cancellation. Please enquire at time of reservation.
Disabled Guests
Holiday caravans are accessible to guests with limited mobility, but able to walk a few paces up to a maximum of 3 steps.
Disabled toilet/shower facilities available for use to all guests.
