Caravans with river views are situated on the banks of the River Great Ouse & have uninterrupted views of this lovely river. They include full toilet/ shower facilities, gas cooking, heating to all rooms, fridge, microwave and all cooking & eating utensils. Colour TV, iron & Ironing board. Blankets & Pillows are supplied. Two bedrooms with a pull out double in the lounge.

Caravans with park views are sited approx 50 – 100 yrds from the river and have various views over the park grounds, and offer all the same amenities as above.

All caravans are 30ft x10ft in dimension

Free Wi Fi to all caravans

General Information

Bed sheets & towels are not included in the caravan inventory
Smoking is not permitted in caravans
Exclusive Stretch of the River for private fishing
( closed fishing season 16th March – 16th June)
Young persons under 18 years not allowed unaccompanied
Dogs allowed on leads, Max 1. must be walked off park (please bring dog bedding) Charges apply
Washing machine & tumble dryer available – coin operated
Please ensure children & pets are supervised throughout your stay

Visitors are strongly advised to take holiday insurance cover against cancellation. Please enquire at time of reservation.

NIGHTLY RATES: Approx guide rate – £120.00/£110.00 based on a minimum 2 nights’ stay. Depending on date and availability

Odd night packages may be restricted during some periods

Prices may vary over bank holiday weekends and at busy periods

Extra adults sharing: £60.00 per week / £20.00 per night
Maximum caravan occupancy: 6 persons (Max 4 adults)
Day visit – Car & Occupants: £20.00
Dogs: £50.00 per week / £9.00 per night (1 max)

£100.00 deposit per week required. NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE. Cheques to be made payable to W H Hutson & Son Ltd
